A little clarity
before you start.
Can I use my own delivery drivers?
Yes. dropLog. is designed for takeaways with their own team. Add your drivers, set their per-delivery rates and start recording shifts.
Do I need to replace my till system?
No. You can enter receipt details in the web app alongside your existing till. Receipt scanning is implemented in the native driver apps currently being tested.
Are the Android and iPhone apps available?
The native apps are in development testing, with receipt scanning, shifts and on-shift location sharing implemented. Android is available for local testing; iOS still requires Mac and device validation. Neither app is published in the stores yet.
How does live tracking work?
The dashboard updates when records change and can show authenticated location reports from an active driver device. Until the native apps are released and connected, driver locations remain unavailable.
What will it cost?
Free is always GBP 0 for one driver with three days of operational history. See the pricing table above for current configurable monthly and annual offers, including founding-shop availability. Annual subscriptions cost ten monthly payments; subscription prices are plus applicable VAT. Paid plans include Driver Pool access; Free businesses can buy a GBP 1 VAT-inclusive, non-renewing 24-hour pass. Registration does not start paid billing.
