Your driver account
Register with your own UK mobile number and keep your details accurate. Verify your number using the login code. Keep login codes private, do not share accounts, and report unauthorised access. Registration does not guarantee work, payment or approval by a business.
Joining a business
A business must request your enrolment. Review its name, declared engagement and enrolment duration in the app. Share the separate six-digit enrolment code only with that business if you agree to join. It expires within ten minutes and can be used once. Never share your login OTP. Enrolment may be ongoing until the business removes you, or end at the date and time shown. Any extension or replacement period requires a new confirmation.
Work and payment arrangements
The business offers and assigns delivery work and the driver decides whether to accept it. UNLIMIT DIGITAL LTD supplies dropLog. software; it does not provide delivery work, employ or supply drivers to businesses, operate their delivery service, or pay driver wages or fees. Agree duties, rates, expenses, payment method and working arrangements directly with each engaging business. Each business records its own declaration of contractor, employee or worker status; contractor is the default entry pending the business assessment. The actual working relationship and applicable law determine employment rights and tax status, not an app label or this statement. The declaration does not amend your contract or waive statutory rights. Dispute an incorrect declaration with the business. Neither enrolment nor use of the software guarantees work or earnings; ending enrolment does not erase money owed or existing legal duties. The platform remains responsible for its own conduct and mandatory obligations.
Shift decisions and private availability
You may connect with multiple businesses. Review each shift offer and choose whether to accept or reject it. Existing accepted shifts take priority and overlapping accepted work must be resolved before accepting another shift. You can reject a previously accepted, unstarted shift and give the business a short reason; this alerts it and releases the schedule, but does not decide any contractual consequences or waive statutory rights. Avoid sensitive details in reasons. A revised offer requires a new response. After acceptance, scan the business QR at the scheduled time to start work. Set weekly non-working times or dated time off; this does not automatically cancel accepted shifts. Businesses receive availability warnings, not another business’s identity, private schedule or your non-working rules. Working-hour warnings are configurable planning aids, not a legal compliance assessment.
Eligibility and safe driving
Provide truthful identity, right-to-work, vehicle, licence, MOT and appropriate delivery insurance information where applicable. Keep required documents valid and notify the business of changes. Each engaging business remains responsible for the checks and obligations applicable to it; uploading documents or confirming enrolment is not a statutory right-to-work check or a guarantee of compliance. Obey traffic rules, never operate the app while driving, and use a safe place to scan or respond. Route suggestions and arrival estimates are estimates; you remain responsible for safe, lawful travel.
Receipts, deliveries and cash
Check OCR results, addresses, customer details and cash due before confirming them. Record pickups, delivery outcomes and cash accurately. Do not claim a delivery that did not occur, falsify documents or expenses, manipulate GPS, use another person's identity, or misuse a business QR code. Report missing cash, accidents and delivery issues promptly. For an emergency contact emergency services first; the app is not an emergency service.
Permissions and location
Camera access supports QR and receipt scanning. Precise location supports delivery work. Continuous sharing is limited to an explicitly started active shift; business-approved users can monitor relevant drivers and deliveries. One-time nearby availability is separately initiated by you. Missing required camera/location access or detected simulated GPS blocks access until resolved. Notifications are optional; without them you may miss timely alerts, so check the app. Permission settings are not consent to every use of personal information.
Vehicle, fuel prices and private expenses
You can keep private vehicle details, daily business-mileage overrides, fuel or charging prices and expenses across your businesses. Share required vehicle evidence separately with each business for its review. Fuel consumption and running cost are estimates from recorded mileage, vehicle efficiency and a selected price; they are not sensor readings, guaranteed profit or tax advice. A UK average is the published weekly standard petrol or diesel pump average, with the source week shown; saving a daily snapshot does not turn it into a daily price survey. You can enter your own price, including charging tariffs. Fuel Finder station data, when configured, may be delayed or incomplete; check fuel compatibility, opening hours, detour costs and the pump price. Do not treat estimated fuel consumed and fuel purchased as two actual expenses for the same fuel. An optional price-area record is rounded to roughly one kilometre and encrypted; choose it only where you observed that price. Nearby searches use a single position without storing the search coordinate. Private cost and driver-entered price records are not shared with businesses or republished as verified public station prices. You can delete them in the app; minimal deletion/security evidence and separate business records or backup lifecycle may remain under the Privacy Notice.
Privacy and customer information
Use customer names, contact details, addresses, messages and receipt images only to perform authorised deliveries. Do not copy, disclose or keep them for unrelated purposes, contact customers for personal reasons or share screenshots. The platform processes account verification, enrolment, device, communication and audit records for service operation and security; the business determines its delivery and workforce purposes. Location, receipts, documents and activity records follow the published Privacy Notice and applicable retention rules. Ending enrolment ends future access; lawful retention for disputes, accounts or legal duties may continue. You can request access, correction, erasure or other applicable rights and complain to the ICO or your relevant supervisory authority.
Restrictions and ending access
The business can remove your enrolment; scheduled expiry also stops new work and messaging. The platform may restrict or terminate access, including without advance notice where reasonably necessary for fraud, security, safety, unlawful conduct or serious misuse. This does not exclude non-excludable legal rights or obligations. Outstanding deliveries and payments must be resolved with the business. Contact the operator at its registered office for account or privacy requests; current support routes and further details appear in the Privacy Notice.
Acceptance and updates
By selecting Accept and continue you agree to these driver terms and acceptable-use requirements and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. This is not a waiver of statutory rights or consent to optional marketing. The accepted version, date, time and security/audit metadata are recorded when you request and verify your login code. You may decline and leave the registration flow. Material updated driver terms will require acceptance again.
Delivery payment rules and settlement
Each business sets its own delivery fee and may configure fixed postcode, official area or distance-band amounts. A rate marked extra fuel is added once to the agreed fee; a rate marked total replaces the delivery fee. Distance bands use straight-line distance to the postcode centre, not travelled road mileage. Check the stated basis and rate before work. The rate saved when a delivery is assigned remains with that delivery; later rate changes apply to new assignments. An accepted individual delivery offer retains its stated total. A shift summary shows completed deliveries, customer cash and opening float, delivery pay, extra fuel contributions and any agreed fixed shift pay. Confirm cash handed to the business and pay received only after the actual transfer. Each party confirms its own side; pending or disputed records are not agreement by both parties. These records do not transfer money, settle a legal dispute, remove statutory pay rights or authorise unlawful deductions.
