1. Scope
This policy explains the grounds on which the platform may restrict or lock a driver account, how a restriction is applied, and how a driver can request a human review. It does not govern decisions by a business about who may work for it; those are the business's own decisions.
UNLIMIT DIGITAL LTD is a neutral technology marketplace. It does not employ, engage or supervise drivers and does not manage delivery performance. The platform's only involvement in a driver's access to the software is described in this policy.
2. Zero-tolerance grounds
The platform may immediately restrict or lock a driver account, without prior warning, on any of the following grounds:
- Fraud: including submitting fraudulent insurance, identity or right-to-work documents; impersonating another driver; or falsely claiming a delivery was completed.
- Falsified evidence or GPS: uploading altered documents, spoofing GPS coordinates, or manipulating any platform record.
- Unsafe driving: conduct that creates a credible immediate risk to road safety, including driving while impaired or using a hand-held device unlawfully.
- Abuse: harassment, discrimination or threatening behaviour directed at a customer, business contact, driver or platform staff.
- Sharing accounts: allowing another person to use your driver account or login credentials; or using another driver's account.
- Working without entitlement: driving without a valid licence, appropriate insurance or the right to work in the UK, where this is established or credibly evidenced.
3. Business decisions about who may work for them
A business decides who it offers work to and may remove a driver from its enrolment for any reason that does not breach the driver's statutory rights. The platform does not instruct, approve or override those business decisions. A business removing your enrolment ends your access to that business's work through the platform; it does not affect your account or your enrolment with other businesses.
The platform does not rate, rank or score drivers and does not restrict account access for declining offers, delivery performance, customer ratings or failure to meet work targets.
4. How the platform restricts an account
Where a zero-tolerance ground is established or credibly evidenced, the platform may apply one or both of the following:
- Account lock: the driver account is suspended and the driver cannot sign in to the platform on any device. Any active shift or delivery is ended and the engaging business is notified.
- Driver Pool removal: the driver is removed from the Driver Pool, which ends their visibility to businesses that have not yet enrolled them. Existing enrolments with specific businesses are not automatically ended by Pool removal; those businesses decide their own response.
5. Right to a human review
If your account is restricted, you will receive a notification stating the reason. You have the right to request a human review of the decision. To request a review, use the platform contact route available in the driver app. Provide your name, account details and the reason you believe the restriction is incorrect or disproportionate. A member of the platform team will review the case and respond within a reasonable time.
A review does not automatically reinstate access while it is ongoing. Where a restriction is overturned following review, access is restored promptly and any adverse record is corrected.
A human review is the platform's own internal process. It does not prevent you from raising a complaint with a regulator, contacting a law enforcement authority or exercising any statutory right.
6. Effect on other platforms
A restriction applied by this platform affects only your dropLog. account and your access to dropLog. software. It has no direct effect on any account you hold with another delivery platform, employer or business. The platform does not share deactivation decisions with other platforms or publish any record of restrictions beyond what is necessary for its own security and fraud-prevention purposes.
